GlowMan was first sighted Halloween 2007 in the small suburb of Northwood in San Antonio, Texas. Trick or Treaters noticed a large glowing figure lurking in the dark. When approached, it seemed to disappear into thin air. Several sightings were reported within a 10 block area. One group on Haskin street reported to have seen GlowMan busting a move when a car passed by blaring techno music. “As the car approached and the music got louder and louder, the figure began to dance. It almost looked like he could not control himself,” reported one eyewitness. Witnesses went on to say that as the car moved away and the music subsided, GlowMan regained his senses, stopped dancing and disappeared into the night.
